treatments
Acupuncture works by influencing how different parts of the body communicate and respond to one another.
Working through the fascial network, connective tissue, circulation and the nervous system, it shapes how signals are transmitted and how the body responds to stress, injury, and imbalance, helping to restore coherence within the system.

Treatment can support the nervous system, hormonal health, pain, digestion and sleep.

All bodies welcome.
acupuncture
Acupuncture treatments begin with an in-depth consultation, where we take time to understand your symptoms, health history, and the underlying patterns contributing to your condition. I will also assess your pulse and tongue.

Treatment involves the gentle insertion of very fine needles at specific points along the channels. They are used to regulate the movement of qi and blood and restore balance within the system. We might use cupping, moxa or microneedling and I might also teach you some self acupressure massage to carry on at home.

Acupuncture can feel deeply relaxing during treatment, and create more gradual shifts over the coming days and weeks. Sessions are adapted at each visit, with your treatment designed to address immediate symptoms and the broader underlying patterns.
integrated acupuncture + naturopathy
These sessions combine acupuncture and naturopathy within a single, integrated treatment, allowing for a more complete and coordinated approach to your care.
Alongside in-depth consultation and Chinese medicine diagnosis, relevant test results—such as blood work—are carefully interpreted in the context of your overall presentation. This allows clinical findings to be understood not just in isolation, but as part of the broader patterns identified through Chinese medicine.

Treatment will include acupuncture, alongside targeted nutritional and supplement strategies. These are selected not only for their biochemical effects, but also for their qualities and actions within a Chinese medicine framework, including their energetic properties and direction of influence.

By working across both approaches in a unified way, treatment can be directed with greater precision—supporting both measurable changes and shifts in the underlying patterns contributing to your condition.
naturopathy
Naturopathy consultations begin with an in-depth review of your health history, current symptoms, and any existing test results, including blood work where available. This is combined with Chinese medicine assessment, including pulse and tongue diagnosis, to build a comprehensive understanding of your physiology and underlying patterns.

Where appropriate, further investigation can be arranged through specialist functional testing, for example for digestive health, hormone balance, and nutritional status, helping to develop a clearer picture.

Following your consultation, you will receive a personalised report outlining your treatment plan, including a targeted supplement protocol, nutritional plan, and lifestyle recommendations, tailored to your individual presentation. Treatment is designed to address both immediate concerns and the underlying drivers of imbalance.
